WELCOME TO THE BASIC COURSE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL FIRST AID!

Are you interested in being part of a safety net? Do you want to help others? Everyone encounters burdensome situations in their lives. With mental first aid, the aim is to alleviate the stress caused by the burdensome situation and support both the person being helped and the helper's own resources.The basic course of mental support is intended for all volunteers interested in mental support.

Finnish Red Cross Tampere branch organzines this course on Saturday 7th March 2026 from 9 am to 5 pm at Tampuri (Otavalankatu 12 A 2nd floor). Coffee and tea service will be provided in the morning and afternoon during the training. Lunch is at your own expense.

The course is free of charge, if you are a member of Red Cross Tampere Branch.
The course fee is 10 €, if you are not a member of Red Cross Tampere Branch.
